Registration for the NeuroGASTRO 2023 will be open until September 02, 2023. Please note, that NeuroGASTRO 2023 will be a hybrid meeting. When registering, you have the option to choose between attendance in person and online participation.
Your participation is vital to make this congress the most attractive NeuroGASTRO conference thus far, and we look forward to your participation.

Registration includes access to the NeuroGASTRO 2023 Hands-on Course, it does not include access to the main meeting and Post-Graduate Course. Please note that there is a limited number of places. Participants will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
On-site Registration
Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive congress material. On-site registration will be handled upon first come, first served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
Please note that depending on the number of the on-site registrations, availability of congress material may be limited.
Payments will be settled with Paypal or by cash (EURO currency only). ATM are available at the hotel. Credit card payments will be possible on the web platform only at https://neurogastro2023.planning.it/register You will be asked to fill a form with your personal details. The invoice will be sent by email by one month after the event.
Registration Cancellations
Any cancellation must be sent by written to m.gorgoglione@planning.it Up to August 6, 2023 a handling fee of EUR 100 is due; from August 7, 2023 onwards no refund.
